Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of this website and, together with your customer agreement, our services.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Agreement

By using this website or our services you agree to these Terms. Business customers also enter into a separate customer agreement that prevails over these Terms in case of conflict. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity and, for business accounts, be authorised to bind the business. Services are available only in supported jurisdictions and to customers who pass our onboarding checks.

3. Our role

Sendpay Fintech provides technology and related services. Regulated financial services are provided by licensed partner institutions under their own terms, which you must also accept. We are not a bank and do not accept deposits.

4. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information and update it promptly
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes and not for prohibited activities
  • Keep credentials confidential and tell us immediately of unauthorised access
  • Cooperate with identity verification, sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring requests
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including sanctions, anti-money laundering and tax laws

5. Fees

Fees are set out in your customer agreement or pricing schedule and disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Third-party and foreign exchange charges may apply.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where required by law, where we suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms, or where a partner institution requires it. We will tell you why where the law permits. You may close your account at any time subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.

7. Intellectual property

The website, software and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use them for their intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is". Nothing on it is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Complaints and disputes

See our Complaints Procedure. You may also have the right to refer a dispute to an ombudsman or alternative dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction] and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes to customer agreements will be notified with at least the notice period required by law before they take effect.
